One of our major assets is our highly qualified support staff. Our rigorous training programme keeps them abreast of developments both internal (new plans and products) and external (developments in the legal/regulatory and business environments).
We hold an annual Pancyprian seminar on a specific category of insurance products, as well as several regional seminars per year.
